Model and Year: 1987 BERETTA, CAVALIER, CORSICA WITH 2.0L (VIN CODE 1) ENGINE AND AIR CONDITIONING


TO: ALL CHEVROLET DEALERS


Proper torque level needs to be applied to the A/C compressor bracket whenever the A/C compressor is reinstalled or A/C line breakage has occurred. The diagram below indicates the correct torque level required for good A/C system retention.
