Windsor built 1987 THM 125C Transaxles, built between
February 18th and February 25th, 1987 (Julian Dates 049 thru 056), were built with torque converter clutch (TCC) solenoids which could create a condition of engine stalling while shifting into reverse or drive after engine restart.
If a vehicle equipped with the above mentioned transaxles exhibit this condition, replace the torque converter clutch (TCC) solenoid. Refer to the illustration for transaxle identification and Julian Date example.
