System Check

Perform the following checks with the Ignition Switch in the "Accy" position:

1. Hold the washer switch ON.
- Washer sprays windshield as long as washer switch is held ON and for 2 1/2 seconds after the switch is released.
- Wipers turn on at lo speed, continue for 6 seconds after washer stops, then return to park.
2. Move wiper switch to pulse and push the wiper switch.
- Washer sprays windshield as long as washer switch is held ON.
- Wipers sweep steadily for 6 seconds after washer switch is released.
- Wipers return to pulse operation.
3. Move wiper/washer switch to pulse.
- Wipers make one complete sweep and wait 0 to 25 seconds before automatically sweeping again.
- The wait time is adjusted by turning the pulse delay control.
4. Move switch to Lo.
- Wipers sweep continuously at low speed.
5. Move switch to Hi.
- Wipers sweep faster.
6. Move switch to Off.
- Wipers park at low speed.
7. Move switch to Mist.
- Wipers complete one sweep and park.
