D: Fuel Gage Accuracy Test

Disconnect the Fuel Gage Sender connector and connect one red clip lead of tester J-33431 to terminal B (PNK) and the other to terminal A (BLK) of the harness half. Set the resistance dials of the tester to 0 ohms and then to 45 ohms and 90 ohms. The Fuel Gage should display E then 1/2 then F.

- If the Fuel Gage responds correctly, replace Fuel Gage Sender.
- If Fuel Gage does not respond correctly, check PNK wire to the Instrument Cluster Printed Circuit for high resistance. If OK, replace the Instrument Cluster.
