1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove left side sound insulator, Fig. 121.
3. Remove steering column trim cover, Fig. 122.
4. Remove three steering column mounting bolts, then lower steering column.
5. Disconnect electrical connectors from the steering column.
6. Remove two instrument cluster trim panel attaching screws.
7. Disconnect electrical connectors from trim panel, then remove trim panel.
8. Remove four instrument cluster retaining screws, then the cluster.
9. On Beretta models, remove two accessory trim panel attaching screws, then pull on bottom of trim plate to release tabs at the top, Fig. 123.
10. On Corsica models, pull bottom of trim plate to release tabs at the top, Fig. 124.
11. Remove two accessory center attaching screws located at the top of the assembly.
12. Remove two screws from underside of the assembly, then pull assembly away outward.
13. On models with A/C, proceed as follows:
a. Disconnect two clips from vacuum valve on right rear of assembly.
b. Disconnect vacuum hose assembly from vacuum valve.
14. On models less A/C, remove two cables from control assembly.
15. On all models, disconnect antenna connector from right rear of sound system.
16. Disconnect electrical connectors from left rear of accessory center assembly, then remove assembly.
17. Remove right side sound insulator, Fig. 125.
18. Open glove compartment door and remove four compartment attaching screws, slide assembly outward.
19. Reaching through glove compartment opening, disconnect electrical connectors and antenna located behind right side of instrument panel.
20. Remove four instrument panel left side compartment to instrument panel attaching bolts, slide compartment outward.
21. Reaching through left side compartment opening, disconnect electrical connectors from fuse block.
22. Using a small screwdriver push in on defroster grille retaining clips, and remove grille.
23. Remove speaker covers by prying two spring clips carefully with a small screwdriver.
24. Reaching under the instrument panel, remove cover from junction block.
25. Raise engine compartment hood and remove cover from junction block located on left side of cowl.
26. Remove two junction block retaining nuts, then the one bolt from center of junction block.
27. Reaching under the instrument panel, disconnect junction block from cowl.
28. Disconnect electrical connector from lower left side of heater module.
29. Remove two nuts holding wiring harness to cowl.

30. Remove four instrument panel attaching bolts from speaker and defroster openings, Fig. 126.
31. Remove two instrument panel attaching bolts located on the left and right sides of the instrument panel.
32. Remove instrument panel from the vehicle.
33. Reverse procedure to install.
