WINDOW GLASS


Remove or Disconnect

1. Trim panel
2. Water separator

Important

^ Scribe location of window pads before loosening.

3. Loosen and move window pads away from window.
4. Accessory mounting plate
5. Theft deterrent electrical connector.
6. Connect negative battery cable and side window switch.
7. Position window regulator to access window nuts and window stop.
8. Negative battery cable and window switch.
9. Window nuts and window stop.
10. Scribe location then loosen upper regulator bolts.

Important

^ When removing window from door use openings on inner edge of door to clear studs on window.

11. Window from door through top of door.
12. Transfer parts as necessary.


Install or Connect

1. Window into door by rotating window and studs through openings on inner edge of door frame.
2. Window to window regulator nuts.

Tighten

^ Window nuts to 8 Nm (70 lb. in.).

3. Window stop stud.
4. Position window regulator to scribe line tighten bolts

Tighten

^ Window regulator bolt to 10 Nm (53 lb. in.).

5. Accessory mounting plate
7. Relocate window pads to scribe line and tighten bolt

Tighten

^ Window pad bolt to 1.4 Nm (13 lb. in.).

8. Water separator
9. Trim panel
