Without A/C

- Try the following checks before doing the System Diagnosis:
1. Check AC 2 and CLUST Fuse by visual inspection
2. Check that ground G103 and G119 (L4 VIN R only) are clean and tight.
3. Check that Blower Motor connector and High and Low Blower Relays are firmly seated.
