Coolant Temperature Indicator
The Coolant Temperature Indicator bulb is tested in "BULB TEST" and "START" by grounding through the Ignition Switch. The indicator goes on in "RUN" when the engine coolant temperature is above 2S8°F (126°C) and the Coolant Temperature Sender/Switch (V6 VIN T. L4 VIN A) or Coolant Temperature Sensor (CTS) (L4 VIN 4) closes.
