Test J: Voltmeter Test
TEST J: VOLTMETER TESTConnect a voltmeter between the positive and the negative terminals of the Battery. Turn Ignition Switch to RUN and measure voltage.
^ If the voltage reading on the test voltmeter is approximately the same as the vehicle's Voltmeter, the vehicle's Voltmeter is good.
^ If the voltage reading on the test voltmeter is different from the vehicle's Voltmeter, check PNK/BLK (39) wire, BLK (150) wire and Instrument Cluster Printed Circuit for high resistance. Repair/replace the Voltmeter if the wires and the Printed Circuit are good
