Radio, Stereo, and Compact Disc: Description and Operation
The Electronically Tuned RADIO receives voltage through four paths: 1) RDO 2 Fuse to the On-Off Switch from the YEL wire; 2) RDO 1 Fuse and ORN wire, which keeps the solid state Clock, Date, and Radio station memory circuits alive when the Ignition is Off; and 3) Instrument Panel light voltage controlled by the dimming control for the Radio's Panel Light (GRY wire); 4) a Digital Dim Signal to dim the vacuum fluorescent display. This signal comes from the Headlight Switch.
