Troubleshooting Hints

1. Check Hatch Circuit Breaker for open.
2. Check for proper operation of the Door Ajar Switches by observing if the Courtesy Lamps turn "ON" when each door is opened (Cover the Ambient Light Sensor with a piece of tape before doing this test).
3. If Console Deck Lid Release Switch is faulty, check for proper alignment of the Transmission Position Switch (Automatic Transmission Only).
4. Check for a clean and tight ground G401.
