Troubleshooting Hints

1. Check all fuses for possible open including Back Up Fuse.
2. If Backup Lights do not turn "ON" in "REVERSE," adjustment of the Transmission Position Switch (Automatic Transmission).
3. Check for damaged or corroded connectors and terminals.
4. Make sure ground G401 is clean and tight.

^ Check for a broken (or partially broken) wire inside of the insulation which could cause system failure but prove "GOOD" in a continuity/voltage check.
^ Check for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment which may affect the integrity of other systems.
