Troubleshooting Hints

1. If Body Computer Code 21 is set, refer to Body Electrical section for diagnosis.
2. Check for an open Horn Fuse.
3. If Horns pulse "ON" and "OFF" about once a second, the Theft Deterrent System has been activated. See Anti-Theft and Alarm Systems.
4. Inspect wires and connectors for obvious damage.
5. Check for proper terminal mating at connectors. Look for corrosion, bent terminals, etc.

^ Check for a broken (or partially broken) wire inside of the insulation which could cause system failure but prove "GOOD" in a continuity/voltage check.
^ Check for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment which may affect the integrity of other systems.
