Backup Lamp: Description and Operation

CIRCUIT OPERATION
Voltage is applied at all times through the R/CMPT REL Fuse to the Transaxle Range Switch (VIN X) or the Park/Neutral Position Switch (VIN T). Whenever the gear selector lever is shifted to "REVERSE," the Switch closes and voltage is applied to the Backup Lights.
