Parts Information

NOTICE:
A pre-shipment of part number 16759681 (Wire Harness) will be sent to involved dealers of record the week of April 22, 1996. Preshipment will equal parts for 35% of the number of assigned vehicles to be repaired. Pre-shipment parts will be charged to the dealers' open parts account. NO PRE-SHIP OF SIR COILS WILL OCCUR. SIR COILS WILL ONLY BE NEEDED ON APPROXIMATELY 15% OF THE VEHICLES AND SHOULD ONLY BE ORDERED WHEN NEEDED.

Parts required to complete this campaign are to be obtained from General Motors Service Parts Operations (GMSPO). Normal orders should be placed on a DRO = Daily Replenishment Order. An emergency requirement should be ordered on a CSO = Customer Special Order.
