CONDITION
Some vehicles assembled between VIN breakpoints indicated above, may exhibit fractured/cracked exhaust system intermediate pipes. These fractures/cracks are typically located adjacent to the welds for the flange, hanger brackets or muffler.
CORRECTION
Within the above VIN breakpoints, replace existing intermediate pipe and muffler assembly with new one piece assembly indicated, following applicable service procedure in the Service Manual, Section 6F, Exhaust System.
