REMOVAL PROCEDUREFront Seat Adjuster Mechanism: Removal Procedure:
1. Remove the seat.
2. Remove the adjuster adjustment bar (base seat).

3. Remove the seat cushion cover.
4. Remove the seat cushion foam.
Front Seat Adjuster Mechanism: Removal Procedure:
5. Remove the lumbar air hose connectors (sport seat).
6. Remove the seat belt harness from the seat frame (left seat).
7. Remove the Seat Control Module (sport seat).

8. Remove the buckle side of the seat belt.

9. Remove the bolts mounting the seat to the adjuster.
10. Remove the adjuster.
11. Transfer parts as necessary.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
Front Seat Adjuster Mechanism: Installation Procedure:
1. Install the adjuster(s) to the seat.
Tighten
Tighten the seat to adjuster bolts to 24 N.m (18 lb ft).
2. Align the adjusters with their locking pawls engaged in the same slots side to side (non power seat).
3. Install the seat adjuster adjustment bar (non power seat).
4. Install the lumbar pump (sport seat).

5. Connect the seat belt harness to the seat (left seat only).
6. Install the Seat Control Module to the seat spring wire (sport seat).
7. Connect the lumbar air hose connectors (sport seat).

8. Install the foam to the seat frame.
9. Install the seat cushion cover.
Front Seat Adjuster Mechanism: Installation Procedure:
10. Install the seat belt buckle side.
Tighten
Tighten the seat belt buckle side mounting nut to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

11. Install the seat.
