Carpet Air Outlet Duct Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Carpet Air Outlet Duct Replacement: Removal Procedure:

1. Pull the front floor carpet from under the RH side of the I/P accessory trim plate and the I/P upper trim pad, along the driveline tunnel.
2. Release the carpet air outlet from the carpet air outlet duct.
3. Release the carpet air outlet from the front floor carpet and remove the outlet.

Carpet Air Outlet Duct Replacement: Removal Procedure:

4. Release the carpet air outlet duct from the floor air outlet rear duct - RH.
Use a twisting motion to release the carpet duct from the floor duct.
5. Remove the carpet air outlet duct.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Carpet Air Outlet Duct Replacement: Installation Procedure:

1. Secure the carpet air outlet duct to the floor air outlet rear duct - RH.
Use a twisting motion to secure the carpet duct to the floor duct.

Carpet Air Outlet Duct Replacement: Installation Procedure:

2. Secure the carpet air outlet to the front floor carpet.
3. Secure the carpet air outlet to the carpet air outlet duct.
4. Position the front floor carpet under the RH side of the I/P accessory trim plate and the I/P upper trim pad along the driveline tunnel.
