REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Folding Top Glare Cover Replacement: Removal Procedure:

1. Open the folding top stowage lid.

2. Position the folding top with the number one and number five bow up.

3. Remove the screws attaching each end of the glare cover to the number five bow (5).
4. Remove the screws attaching the elastic straps to the number five bow.
5. Drill out the rivets attaching the glare cover to the number five bow.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Folding Top Glare Cover Replacement: Installation Procedure:

1. Rivet the glare cover to the number five bow (5).
2. Install the screws attaching the glare cover to the number five bow.

Tighten
Tighten the glare cover screws to 2 N.m (17 bin).

3. Install the screws attaching the elastic straps to the number five bow.

Tighten
Tighten the elastic strap attaching screws to 2 N.m (17 lb in).

4. Close the stowage lid and latch the top.
