Horn Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Horn Replacement: Removal Procedure:

1. Remove the RH front fascia lower closeout panel.
2. Remove the brake caliper cooling duct.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the horn assembly.

Horn Replacement: Removal Procedure:

4. Remove the bolt mounting the horn assembly to the skid bar assembly.
5. Remove the horn assembly from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Horn Replacement: Installation Procedure:

1. Install the horn assembly to the vehicle. Position the aligning tab on the horn assembly to the skid bar.
2. Install the bolt mounting the horn assembly to the skid bar.

Tighten
Tighten the horn assembly mounting bolt to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

3. Connect the electrical connector to the horn assembly.
4. Install the brake caliper cooling duct.
5. Install the RH front fascia lower closeout panel.
