Multifunction Alarm Module Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE



1. Remove the IP drivers knee bolster reinforcement.
2. Remove the screw (2) from Junction Block 2 (1) and position the junction block so that the multifunction alarm module can be accessed.




3. Disconnect the two multifunction alarm module electrical connectors.
4. Disconnect the multifunction alarm module (1) from the rear of Junction Block 2 (2).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE



1. Install the multifunction alarm module (1) to the rear of Junction Block 2 (2).
2. Connect the two multifunction alarm module electrical connectors.




3. Reposition Junction Block 2 (1) back into position. Secure the junction block with the screw (2).
4. Install the IP drivers knee bolster reinforcement.
