Window Replacement - Front Door

REMOVAL PROCEDURE



1. Remove the front door water deflector.
2. Remove the 2 window-to-regulator bolts.
3. Remove the window (1) by pulling up and out of the door.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT: Before installing the window into the door, check to see that the bottom channels are securely attached to the window. It a channel is loose, note the location of the channel on the window and then remove the channel from the window. Clean all remaining adhesive from the channel. Apply a bead of Automix Channel Bonding and Sidelite Adhesive, 3M P/N 08641, or equivalent, to the channel and install the channel onto the window. Refer to Adhesive Manufacturer's Instructions for cure time.




1. Install the window (1) to the door. Secure the window to the regulator (2) with 2 bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the window-to-regulator bolts to 7 N.m (62 lb in).

2. Install the front door water deflector.
