Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the left rear wheelhouse panel.
2. Disconnect the fuel tank pressure sensor electrical connector.
3. Disconnect the EVAP pipe (2) at the fuel tank pressure sensor (3).
4. Remove the fuel tank pressure sensor mount bolt (1).
5. Remove the fuel tank pressure sensor (3).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the fuel tank pressure sensor (3).

NOTE: Refer to the Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the fuel tank pressure sensor mount bolt (1).

Tighten
Tighten the fuel tank pressure sensor mount bolt to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

3. Connect the EVAP pipe (2) at the fuel tank pressure sensor (3).
4. Connect the fuel tank pressure sensor electrical connector.
5. Install the left rear wheelhouse panel.
