App Sen. 1 and App Sen. 2 Disagree

The scan tool displays Yes or No. When the TAC module receives a signal voltage from APP Sensor 1 not in proper relationship to APP Sensor 2, the scan tool displays YES. The scan tool displays NO under the normal operating conditions.
