App Sen. 2 and App Sen. 3 Disagree

The scan tool displays Yes or No. When the TAC module receives a signal voltage from APP Sensor 2 not in proper relationship to APP Sensor 3, the scan tool displays YES. The scan tool displays NO under the normal operating conditions.
