Side Cover
Removal Procedure
1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Remove the 6 left splash shield screws.
3. Remove the left splash shield.
4. Remove the 9 side cover bolts.
5. Remove the side cover.

Side Cover Installation Procedure

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

1. Install the side cover and the 9 side cover bolts.
^ Tighten the side cover bolts to 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.).
2. Install the left splash shield.
3. Install the 6 left splash shield screws.
4. Lower the vehicle.
