Brake Light Switch: Description and Operation

Battery voltage is applied at all times to the stoplamp switch from the ST P/HAZ MiniFuse(R) #8 through CKT 140. When the Stoplamp Switch is closed, battery voltage is applied to the underhood electrical center through CKT 20. The underhood electrical center then distributes battery voltage to all stoplamps through CKT 820. All stoplamps are grounded by CKT 150 through Splice Packs #400 or #402 to G401.
