Cooling System Description

The engine cooling system includes the following components:
- The radiator
- The radiator cap
- The coolant reservoir
- The coolant pipes/hoses
- The water pump
- The cooling fan(s)
- The thermostat This vehicle uses a lightweight tube and fin aluminum radiator. The fins circulate the air between the tubes in order to lower the engine coolant temperature (ECT) while the coolant flows through the tubes.
