Instrument Panel Wiring Harness Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the instrument panel assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (Instrument Panel (IP) - Assembly Replacement) .
2. Remove the following components from the instrument panel (2):

* The 1 screw
* The right I/P outer air outlet
* The plastic retainer
* The left I/P outer air outlet
* The 2 screws
* The 6 wire harness retainers
* The instrument panel wiring harness (5)




Installation Procedure





1. Install the instrument panel wiring harness (5) to the instrument panel assembly (2). Secure the harness with the following:

* The 6 wire harness retainers
* The 2 screws

2. Install the left I/P outer air outlet to the instrument panel assembly. Secure the duct with the plastic retainer.
3. Install the right I/P outer air outlet to the instrument panel assembly. Secure the duct with the screw.
4. Install the instrument panel assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (Instrument Panel (IP) - Assembly Replacement) .
