Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - Printed Circuit Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the speedometer (2).
2. Remove the engine tachometer (1), if equipped.
3. Remove the fuel gauge (3), if equipped.
4. Remove the engine coolant temperature gauge (4), if equipped.




5. Remove the fuel and temperature gauge (1), if equipped.
6. Remove all of the instrument cluster bulb sockets from the cluster case.
7. Remove the bulbs from the sockets, as necessary.
8. Remove the following relays from the cluster case:
^ Electronic Brake Control Indicator Lamp
^ Instrument Cluster Bulb Check
9. Remove the printed instrument cluster circuit from the instrument cluster case.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the printed instrument cluster circuit to the instrument cluster case.
2. Install the relays to the cluster case.
3. Install the bulbs to the sockets, if removed.
4. Install all of the instrument cluster bulb sockets to the cluster case.
5. Install the fuel and temperature gauge (1), if equipped.




6. Install the engine coolant temperature gauge (4), if equipped.
7. Install the fuel gauge (3), if equipped.
8. Install the engine tachometer (1), if equipped.
9. Install the speedometer (2).
