Daytime Running Lamp: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument cluster assembly.
2. Disconnect the ambient light sensor electrical connector (2).
3. Release the 2 retaining tabs (1) that secure the ambient light sensor.




4. Remove the ambient light sensor (1) from the IP assembly (2).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the ambient light sensor (1) to the IP assembly (2). Ensure that the retaining tabs are fully engaged.




2. Connect the ambient light sensor electrical connector (2).
3. Install the instrument cluster assembly.
