Twilight Sentinel Circuit Description

The DRL module controls all the exterior lights according to the following conditions:
^ Ambient light
^ Light switch position
^ Engine status
^ Parking brake condition

The twilight sentinel operation is similar to the DRL operation. It the DRL module senses a low light condition for approximately 15 seconds, it will cancel DRL operation and turn on the headlamps at full intensity along with the parking lamps. A path to ground is provided to the coil of the DRL relay. With a direct path to ground provided to the headlamps through the closed contacts of the DRL relay and SP254 to G103. The headlamps will light at full intensity.
