Tachometer Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument cluster retainer.

IMPORTANT: Do not remove the needle from the engine tachometer. There is not a detent or flat spot on the shaft in order to indicate the correct placement.

2. Remove the 6 screws (3) which secure the engine tachometer to the instrument cluster case.




3. Remove the tachometer (1) from the instrument cluster case.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the engine tachometer (1) to the instrument cluster case.




2. Secure the tachometer with the 6 screws (3).
3. Install the instrument cluster retainer. Refer to Bezel Replacement - IP Cluster.
