Wiring Harness Replacement - Front Door

Removal Procedure

1. Position the front door window to the full up position.
2. Remove the front door water deflector.
3. Remove the carpet retainer.




4. Disconnect the rubber conduit from the front door pillar.




5. Disconnect the front door wiring harness (1) from the main body wiring harness at the front door pillar.
6. Remove the front door wiring harness (1) through the opening in the front door pillar.




7. Disconnect the rubber conduit from the front door.
8. Disconnect the front door wiring harness from the front door components.
9. Disconnect the front door wiring harness rosebuds from the front door.
10. Route the front door wiring harness through the opening in the front door and remove the front door wiring harness from the front door.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the front door wiring harness to the front door.
2. Route the front door wiring harness through the opening in the front door.
3. Connect the front door wiring harness rosebuds to the front door.
4. Connect the front door wiring harness to the front door components.
5. Connect the rubber conduit to the front door.




6. Route the front door wiring harness (1) through the opening in the front door pillar.
7. Connect the front door wiring harness (1) to the main body wiring harness at the front door pillar.




8. Connect the rubber conduit to the front door pillar.
9. Install the carpet retainer.

10. Install the front door water deflector.
