Wipers Inoperative - All Modes

Diagnostic Aids

If the 30 A WIPER fuse located in the underhood fuse block is open, a short to ground in any one of the following circuits may be the cause:

* Windshield wiper motor high speed circuit
* Windshield wiper motor low speed circuit
* Windshield wiper motor park switch voltage supply circuit
* Windshield wiper motor park switch signal circuit
* Accessory voltage - WIPER RUN/ACC relay switched voltage circuit

If the 10 A WPR/WASHER fuse located in the instrument panel (I/P) fuse block is open, a short to ground in any one of the following circuits may be the cause:

* Accessory voltage circuit to the wiper switch
* Windshield washer switch signal circuit
* Windshield wiper switch low signal circuit
* Windshield wiper switch high signal circuit
* Windshield washer relay control circuit
* Headlamp washer relay control circuit
