Cylinder Head Bolts





Install NEW cylinder head bolts

Bolts (1-10) first pass 20 Nm (15 lb ft)
Bolts (1-10) second pass 80 Nm (60 lb ft)
Bolts (1-10) third pass 90 degrees
Bolts (1-10) final pass 45 degrees
Bolts (11-15) 30 Nm (22 lb ft)
Begin with the center bolt (11) and alternate side-to-side, working outward tightening all of the bolts.

Camshaft Sprocket
Bolts 30 Nm (22 lb ft)

Supercharger





First pass 5 Nm (44 lb in)
Final pass 10 Nm (89 lb in)

Exhaust Manifold
First pass 15 Nm (11 lb ft)
Final pass 20 Nm (15 lb ft)
Begin with the center 2 bolts, alternate from side-to-side, working toward the outside bolts.
