Exhaust Tail Pipe Flow Valve Vacuum Pipe Reservoir Tank Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle Service and Repair.

2. Disconnect the vacuum line (2) from the vacuum tank located behind the right rear quarter panel.

3. Remove the nuts (1) securing the vacuum tank to the rear tub.

4. Remove the vacuum tank from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the vacuum tank to the vehicle.

Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

2. Install the nuts (1).

Tighten the vacuum tank mounting nuts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).

3. Connect the vacuum line (2) to the vacuum tank.

4. Lower the vehicle.
