Engine Block Assemble (1.4L LUH, LUJ and LUV)





1. Install the 4 piston oil nozzles (1).

Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

2. Install the 4 piston oil nozzle bolts (2) and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).





3. Install the knock sensor (2).

4. Install the knock sensor bolt (3) and tighten to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).

5. Install the 2 cylinder head guide sleeves (1). Use a rubber mallet.

6. Install the 2 transmission guide sleeves (4) and (5). Use a rubber mallet.
