A new certification label required for each vehicle involved will be mailed to owners of record or involved dealers by Chevrolet Motor Division.


If the existing label's VIN does not match the new label or the new label was not received, contact the Chevrolet Dealer Assistance Center to make arrangements to receive a replacement.
