Subject: PRODUCT CAMPAIGN 90C25 INCORRECT CERTIFICATION LABEL

Model and Year: 1990 C/K 1500-3500 SERIES LIGHT MODEL TRUCKS (OSHAWA TRUCK ASSEMBLY PLANT ONLY - PLANT CODE "1")

To: All Chevrolet Dealers

General Motors has determined that certain 1990 C/K 1500-3500 Series light model trucks were produced at the Oshawa Truck Assembly Plant with incorrect certification labels. The month/year was printed as 01/89 instead of 01/90 on these labels although the trucks were assembled correctly.

To correct this condition, a new certification label is to be affixed to each involved vehicle. Since a new label can be easily installed, and to reduce owner inconvenience, new certification labels will be sent directly to owners of record. Owners may install the new label or ask a dealer to perform the service at no charge to the owner.
