Backup Lamp: Description and Operation

When the Ignition Switch is in "RUN," "BULB TEST" or "START," voltage is applied through the TURN B/U Fuse to the Transaxle Position Switch. When the Transaxle is placed in "REVERSE," voltage is applied through the closed contacts of the Transaxle Position Switch, to the RH and LH Backup Lamps. The Backup Lamps are permanently grounded at G400, and when voltage is applied to CKT 24, the Backup Lamps are "ON."
