Interior Lamps

Voltage is applied at all times to the I/P Compartment Lamp through the CTSY Fuse. When the I/P Compartment Door is opened, the I/P Compartment Lamp is grounded and turns "ON."

With Reading Lights (TR9), voltage is applied to the Overhead Console, Front and Rear Dome Lamps, Stepwell Lamp, and Cargo Lamps. With the Courtesy Override Switch "ON," these lamps can be grounded by the Front Door Jamb Switches, Sliding Door Jamb Switch, or Liftgate Jamb Switches. Also turning the Headlamp Switch "ON" will ground the Interior Lights.

Without Reading Lights (TR9), voltage is applied at all times to the Courtesy and Dome Lamps through the CTSY Fuse. The Courtesy and Dome Lamps can be grounded through the Front Door Jamb Switches, Sliding Door Jamb Switches, Liftgate Jamb Switches or Headlamp Switch being turned "ON."
