Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
PKE II Module Diagnostic Trouble Code Chart:
TROUBLE CODE DISPLAY
The Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) code is indicated by the Programming Switch/Diagnostic Lamp. The DTC is displayed by two flash patterns separated by a pause: DTC 12 flash, pause, flash, flash; DTC 13 flash, pause, three flashes, etc. Each DTC will be displayed three times before a new DTC can be broadcast. DTC 14 will set when any working, unprogrammed transmitter is brought into PKE II Antenna Range. DTC 15 will set when a working, programmed transmitter is brought into antenna range. DTC 16 will set when a working, programmed transmitter is manually activated via its push button.
SYSTEM DEFAULT AFTER EXITING DIAGNOSTIC MODE
Upon exiting the diagnostic mode, the PKE II System will default to a passive mode "OFF" condition.
