Oxygen Sensor: Testing and Inspection

The Tech 1 scan tool has several positions that will indicate the state of the exhaust gases, 02S voltage, short term and long term fuel trim.

A problem in the 02S circuit should set a DTC 13 (open circuit), DTC 44 (lean 02S indication), DTC 45 (rich 02S indication). Refer to applicable chart, if any of these DTC(s) were stored in memory. Testing and Inspection
