Instrument Cluster / Carrier: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Set parking brake, then turn ignition key to On position and move gear selector to first gear.
3. Gently pull plate rearward from instrument panel until all fasteners are released.
4. Disconnect electrical connectors, as necessary.
5. Remove plate from instrument panel.
6. Remove four screws retaining instrument cluster to instrument panel.
7. Gently pull instrument cluster straight out.
8. Reverse procedure to install.
