Center Mounted Brake Lamp: Service and Repair

Center High-Mount Stoplamp Replacement:

Remove or Disconnect
1. Negative battery cable. Refer Service Precautions..
2. Rear door frame garnish molding.
3. Electrical connector under the headliner.
4. Two CHMSL retaining screws.
5. CHMSL from vehicle.

Install or Connect
1. CHMSL to vehicle.
2. Two CHMSL retaining screws.

Tighten
^ CHMSL screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb. in).
3. Electrical connector under the headliner.
4. Rear door frame garnish molding.
5. Negative battery cable. Refer to Service Precautions.
