Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement
Instrument Cluster:

Remove or disconnect
1. Disable SIR system. Refer to "Disabling the SIR System."
2. I/P from vehicle.
3. Passenger inflator module.
4. Radio (if equipped).
5. I/P storage compartment (if equipped).
6. Bolts retaining RKE module to the carrier.
7. RKE module from the carrier.
8. Temperature control head.
9. Bolts retaining the assist handle from passenger's side of the I/P.
10. Screws retaining the cluster to the I/P carrier.
11. Pull the cluster from the I/P
12. I/P trim pad.
13. Two nuts and bolts retaining the I/P steering column reinforcement bracket to the I/P carrier.
Install or Connect
1. Two nuts and bolts retaining the I/P steering column reinforcement bracket to the I/P carrier.
Tighten
^ Bolts to 27 Nm (20 Lb. ft).
2. I/P trim pad.
3. Instrument cluster to the I/P carrier with four retaining screws.
4. Bolts retaining the assist handle to the passenger's side of the I/P
5. Temperature control head.
6. Two bolts retaining the RKE module to the carrier.
7. Radio, or I/P storage compartment.
8. Passenger inflator module.
9. I/P to the vehicle.
10. Enable SIR.
