Theft Deterrent Arm/Disarm Customization

Theft Deterrent/shock Sensor Customization Table:

IMPORTANT:
^ If the ignition switch is moved to the "OFF" position while in the customization procedure, the theft deterrent arm/disarm customization procedure will be terminated and the system will remain in the most recent mode.

1. Remove the "MALL PGM" fuse from the fuse panel.
2. Turn the ignition to the "ACC" position. One to four bongs will occur to indicate which Body Control Module (BCM) version is installed on the vehicle.
3. Insert the key into the door lock cylinder.
4. Rotate and leave the door lock cylinder in the unlock position.
5. Press the transmitter alarm button. The seat belt telltale flashes and the chime will bong one to four times, equal to the current customization mode, to indicate which mode the vehicle is in.

Each time the transmitter alarm button is pressed, the mode number will advance. A transition past mode four will repeat starting again at mode one. To exit and save the current customization, turn the ignition "OFF" and replace the "MALL PGM" fuse back into the fuse panel. If you desire to customize other features, customize them before reinstalling the "MALL PCM" fuse into the fuse panel.
