Troubleshooting Hints - Front HVAC Blower Motor
1. If the heater and A/C Control is completely Inoperative, check for a poor connection at the HVAC Control Module Connector C2.2. CHECK for missing or damaged Connector seals at the Blower Motor Resistor and Relay Pack.
3. CHECK the A/C Maxi Fuse M3 in the Underhood Fuse-Relay Center if the Blower Motor is inoperative. If open, Check for a short to ground through RED (542) wire.
- CHECK for a broken (or partially broken) wire inside the insulation which could cause system malfunction but prove GOOD in a Continuity/Voltage check with a system disconnected. These Terms. may be intermittent or resistive when loaded, and if possible, should be checked by monitoring for a voltage drop with the System Operational (under load).
