Air Brake Pressure Gage Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the instrument cluster from the vehicle.
2. Remove the 2 90 degree elbows from the air gauge nipples on the back of the instrument cluster.
3. Remove the harness from the air gauge nipples.
4. Remove the screws from the cluster lens (1).




5. Remove the gauge to cluster screws from each gauge.
6. Remove both gauge clusters (1).
7. Remove the air brake gauge.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the air brake gauge to the cluster.
2. Install the hex nuts to the air gauge nipples.
3. Install the 2 90 degree elbows to the air gauge.
4. Install the remaining gauges to the cluster.
5. Install the cluster lens (1).




6. Install the instrument cluster.
